WHAT IS SNAPPEE's RETURN POLICY?
We accept unworn items purchased from snappee.com within 30 days from the date of purchase.  
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. All Snappee Hair Ties are hand made and therefore no two are alike.  We accept returns for manufacturing defects or damaged product for 100% money back. If you simply changed your mind and have unworn product you would like to return we can accept returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping back to our warehouse. Please contact us at orders@snappee.com before shipping return. 
 
 
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Step 1: email us at info@snappee.com for a return shipping label.
Step 2: Print label, Package & Ship back to us at your nearest USPS location.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY REFUND OR STORE CREDIT?
It may take up to 1-2 weeks for us to receive your shipment. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a notification email that your refund or store credit has been processed & issued.
 
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
We can offer exchanges on returns, however the customer will be responsible for return and shipment to them. We highly recommend choosing the Snappees that best suit you and your hair to eliminate exchanging. 
 
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED/DEFECTED?
Please email our customer service with your order number at orders@snappee.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING & HANDLING COST ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout & will vary depending on the number of items purchased. International customers are responsible for the shipping fees, duty and taxes associated with the importation of their orders.
 
CAN I RETURN AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT?
Yes you can, however the customer is responsible for return shipping on items that are unworn and still in original packaging.
